The Epidemic recognises recognizes no borders. As a member of a community of shared human destiny, we may be thousands of miles apart, but we are all of one fate. When the outbreak was severe in China, our customers overseas either emailed or called us to offer their sympathies. This made us truly feel the care and support from our customers all over the world. Now, at a time when outbreaks abroad are getting increasingly severe, Monte-Bianco feels obliged to be more active in assuming her responsibilities and strengths as a Chinese supplier. Therefore, we decided to donate materials to our international partners and share our experience in the prevention and control of COVID-19, so as to express our gratitude and support to our customers with practical actions.

On 11 March, WHO declared COVID-19 as global pandemic; On March 12th, Monte - Bianco's Prevention and Control Command Office held a meeting to decide on a plan for overseas aid. The Administration Dept. stepped up the preparation of masks and other epidemic-prevention materials. The Overseas Marketing Centre kept close contact with customers, collected their requirements and arranged the mailing.

After learning about the situation and needs of our customers, our company purchased masks from many parties and donated them to our customers and partners in 8 countries, including Indonesia, Iran and Sri Lanka.At the same time, we are urgently preparing the second and third batches of materials.
At present, the first batch of masks is ready. These materials are already on their way as fast as they can, working to help prevent and control outbreaks abroad, and to convey to our customers our sympathies for them as well as our confidence and ability to make sure our global production chain is unimpeded. The words "Spring will come sooner or later, we are together with you!" were pasted on the parcels by us in an eye-catching way. In the time of crisis, our company will work with our customers to tide over the difficulties, go hand in hand, and usher in the "spring" of overcoming the epidemic.
